1. APRIL 3, 2009  ̶  FIRST ANNUAL CESAR CHAVEZ COMMEMORATIVE CELEBRATION

         This event took place on Friday, April 3, 2009 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm at Pickleweed Park Community Center, 50 Canal Street in San Rafael, CA. The Hon. Carlos Felix, Consul General of Mexico in San Francisco, presided over the awards recognizing leaders, organizations, and government representatives who have supported and made a difference in social, civic, education and economic matters that impact our community. 

The HONOREES were:
